Management Services
Package service Available to you for 295 Euros and Consists of the following
- Airing and Inspection of your property once a month.( This consists of duration of approx 30 minutes per service call).
- Arrival package we will organize the following provisions for your arrival which will be delivered on the day of your arrival and place in the refrigerator of your property consists of, -2 litre of water- 1 litre of coke- 4 beers – coffee-cheese-teabags- 1 doz. eggs-milk-juice-fruit-butter bread (if you require this service the cost of provisions is 40 Euros)
- External and Internal inspection of your property (windows and doors, etc). Reporting to owner of any Damage
- Repair of any damage (burst water pipe, etc.)As advised by agreement with proprietor
Flushing of water installations - Emptying of mailbox bills and informing proprietor of utility bills due, by either email or text.
- Payment of utility bills as per agreement with proprietor [You can establish a maintenance account with us we recommend that this account holds approx 250-500 Euros. All bills are paid from our office and receipts are scanned and emailed to you.
- Email Service; we will send you an email after each service call, which will state that on the day we have inspected your property.
- Assistance to Rent a Car, If requested
- Assistance in organising an Insurance Policy for your property.
